I heard that you offer free delivery, is that true?
Yes. we generally offer free delivery in lower MI. Our drivers deliver furniture throughout the state everyday, and we will be happy to personally deliver your furniture if you're within lower MI. We will schedule your delivery with you when our truck will be in your area. If you are not in the lower MI peninsula, your furniture will be shipped via our shipping company
If I order multiple pieces of furniture, will you ship my order in one shipment?
Yes. All orders are shipped in one shipment. Pieces may be individually wrapped, or may be wrapped together. All orders leave our factory complete, without back-orders
How long does it take to get my furniture?
All furniture is made to order. You can expect your furniture to arrive within about 4-6 weeks after placing your order.
Do you provide in-home placement?
No. All furniture will arrive at you home via our shipping company, you will be responsible for taking possession of the delivery and maneuvering the furniture into the room of your choice. We do not allow our shipping company to place furniture in your home, as we find that it is best if you arrange to unpack and place the furniture how you see fit.
How will I know that my order is on it's way?
You will be notified with a tracking number when we ship your order. In addition, our shipping company will usually call a day in advance, to make sure you have an approximate time of arrival.
What do I do if I am unable to receive the shipment, unpack it and then place the piece in my home?
We recommend that you make arrangements with a local moving company. We can ship your furniture directly to them, and they will make necessary arrangements to move it through your home.
Why don't you place furniture in my home?
Our shipping company is the best in what they do. Ship furniture. All orders leave our factory in perfect condition, and we rely on our shippers to bring it to you in the same condition. We think that arranging your new furniture in your home should be left to you or those you trust to be the best.
Where will the shippers responsibility end and mine begin?
The shipper has fulfilled his duties when he arrives at your home with your beautiful new furniture. He will unload the piece off the truck, and it will become your responsibility.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
This is highly unlikely. When your delivery driver unloads your furniture, inspect the carton and packaging for damages. If you find damages on the carton or packaging, notate those damages on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. When you unpackage your new furniture, should you find any damage, please call us immediately at 517-485-1211. We may ask you to send us a few pictures of the damage, and we will either send you a replacement of the whole item at our expense or, send you a replacement part to the item. We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. |
