Q. Can you provide me a sample of the color or finish?
A. Yes. You can order color samples of any of our finishes. Unfortunately, to keep our costs reasonable, we will charge you a refundable fee for the sample. Simply order the sample on our website. When you receive your sample, it will have a one time use discount code attached. When you order your new furniture, simply enter the code and our system will automatically discount your purchase the cost of the sample.
Q. How often do you add new designs?
A. Our designers are constantly adding new designs to the collection, check back often to see new additions to the collection.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes. We have a factory showroom where you are free to visit. Our showroom address is 914 E Gier St, Lansing, MI 48906. Our normal hours are M-F 8-5. All other times by appointment. If you do not live close enough to visit our showroom personally, ask your local furniture store if they carry our fine products, chances are they probably do. If you are unable to find a local dealer, please call us directly and we can assist you.
Q. Ordering directly from the factory seems to good to be true.
A. There's really no-catch! We just want to do what we do best, build furniture.
Q. Do you offer layaway or financing?
A. No. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Q. Do your accept debit cards?
A. Yes. As long as it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.
Q. I own a store. Can I order furniture to sell in my store?
A. Please call customer service at 517-485-1211. Our friendly representatives will assist you in obtaining a commercial account.
Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. Your card is processed when you place your order. Every piece is made to order, with the finish of your choice. Our furniture is not built then stacked in a dusty wherehouse somewhere, it is built for you, then sent directly to you.
